One of four shorts from The Three Stooges to fall into the public domain after their copyright was accidentally not renewed in the 1960s. The other three are Disorder in the Court (1936), Brideless Groom (1947) and Malice in the Palace (1949). That is why these four shorts are always featured on low-priced Stooges videos and DVDs and are never featured on any legit Stooges compilations.
