Turk finds out before Carla does that she's finally pregnant. After J.D. persuades Turk to take advantage of her not knowing so they can pull off the 'greatest surprise', their plan backfires when she mentions to Turk whenever she gets pregnant *she* wants to be the one to tell everyone. Hilarity (as always) ensues.
