Conan, Ran, Kogoro, and the kids visit a new theme park. They're invited to a room where they're all given VIP passes to the park that straps to their wrists. After everyone, other then Conan and Kogoro, have left the room, a strange man appears on a screen. They learn that if they don't solve this case the strange man gives them by 10 at night, all of the VIP passes will explode. Conan and Kogoro frantically try to solve it with what little clues they're given. However, when Conan answers the phone, the strange man calls him Kudo. If Conan doesn't solve the case, and figure out why this man's calling him Kudo before time runs out, him and everyone close to him will blow up.
