Mini Biography
In 1996, Erin was crowned Miss Oregon American Coed. She then went on to become a two-time U.S. Open gold medal winner in Tae Kwon Do (1996/97). Two more gold medals were awarded to her after she won the Gold Cup Championships in the same years (1996/97). After high school she moved from her hometown of Beaverton, Oregon to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California.
It was at USC that Erin received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Theatre and graduated Cum Laude. Erin also became the first female ever to play on USC's PAC-8 ice hockey team, playing both center and right wing. Also while attending USC, Erin was involved with the ARMY ROTC program. Here she was granted the Military Order of the World Wars Award. This award is granted annually to the Cadet who possesses the most integrity, honor, academic ability and courage. Erin also received a degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England where she studied Classical Theatre. It was in England where she started competing as a kickboxer.
