Three grown prodigies, all with a unique genius of some kind, and their mother are staying at the family household. Their father, Royal had left them long ago, and comes back to make things right with his family.
Immediately after WW2, the film was forbidden in the western part of Germany by the US military government because the film was considered to be "anti American". In the eastern part of Germany, the film was forbidden by the USSR military government because it was considered to advertise for the USA and the American way of life.
