A life on the edge hot rodder named Billy (Brad Pitt) comes to town run by Sheriff Garrett (Raymond J.Barry), he immediately dates and romances his daughter (Michelle Bronson) with ulterior motives linked to Garrett's past, for which he was once a champion of the hot rodding.
