After being gone for over a year, Cody returns. He brings gifts for everyone, including a necklace for J.T. which makes him irresistible towards women, and a check for Frank and Carol worth $50,000. Frank spends over $4500 on a chair and is forced by Carol to sleep in the living room. Cody feels terrible and eventually gets Frank and Carol to make up.
