An updated version of the Mod Squad. The Renegades are a street gang that's been given a choice of (A) Go to jail for the commission of various gang-related crimes, or (B) go to work for the police as a special undercover unit. Being clever kids, they choose (B).
Final PPV appearances of Test, Scott Steiner and Ernest "The Cat" Miller, as Miller was released a few weeks later, and then Steiner and Test were both released a few months later separately due to injuries.

During the Royal Rumble, the famous gong from The Undertaker's theme song played at #13. Kane, thinking Undertaker was killed off at Survivor Series 2003 gets worried and ends up being eliminated by Booker T. Angry over his elimination, the real 13th participant Spike Dudley gets beaten up by Kane so that Spike couldn't make it to the ring.
