This movie was filmed between 1989-1991 as a micro-budget indie, then spent the next 7 years seeking completion funds. Finally finished in 2000, it was released as a rental title by Spartan Home Entertainment, then picked up a year later as a sell-through title by Fox, who proceeded to botch the manufacturing and mistakenly only release the full screen version with bad sound and no extras.
