Marin Frist has it all: a successful career as a lecturer and author about relationships, and an upcoming marriage to her dream man. Booked for a lecture (inexplicably) in the small town of Elmo, Alaska, Marin discovers her fianc?Graham is having an affair. This knowledge throws her into a quandary when she arrives in the remote Alaskan town populated mostly by men (some of whom trim trees and put out a warning sign to alert people below).
