The first series was meant to run for 11 shows, but strike action by technicians cut it to just 9 shows. ATV management were still impressed, and commissioned a second series later in the year. A five-year-old child regularly appeared on the show in 1980 and 1981, singing "Bright Eyes" while dressed up as a rabbit.
