Briscoe and Green investigate the death of a man in a bar fight. The investigation leads to a convicted murderer who was recently released from prison after DNA had exonerated him from the crime. His attorney argues that his client should not be legally responsible for the murder because of the conditioning caused by spending years in prison for a crime he did not commit.
