A little girl named Ilaria and her mother get raped and killed in their own apartment. Lupe Rojas (Caitlin Sanchez) gets caught up in the situation when SVU discovers, that when Ilaria was alive, she and Lupe have been feeding a homeless person in the park (Jerry Lewis). Alongside, Stabler has a new partner named Dani Beck (Connie Nielsen) and together they will get the job done.
