Drakken has a new take-over-the-world scheme. He's invented a shampoo that will put the user in a hypnotic trance. However, he's called it 'Lather, Rinse, and OBEY', so it's not selling. He then tries to get a popular rap star to mention it in her next song, which doesn't go over well either. He then decides his karaoke skills are sufficient to sustain him on 'American Starmaker'.
