Harm can't get any information on Webb and Mac. He asks the Admiral for permission to find them, but the Admiral refuses. Harm resigns his commission to go after them. Mac and Webb locate manage to eliminate one drug dealer who was supplying arms. Gunny is captured by another dealer who was helping smuggle arms. Mac and Webb get captured trying to rescue him.
