The scene with Curly Howard getting in a fight with his bowl of clam chowder had to be stopped and restarted several times during filming (watch the tassels on Curly's cap swing and stop) because the crew members were laughing so hysterically at Curly he was also breaking up laughing.
Curly Howard briefly speaks in his normal voice as the bogus police radio announcer.
Curly Cluck:
Calling all cars! Calling all cars! Be on the lookout for three photographers... they ain't in here!
Vulgarian Soldier:
You shoot the picture! Now we shoot you!
Moe Click:
Pardon me, officers. But don't we get a last request.
Curly Cluck:
Certainly, this is request night.
Vulgarian Soldier:
What do you request?
Moe Click:
How about one last smoke.
Vulgarian Soldier:
Ok. But when the smoke is finished, so are you.
Curly Cluck:
[pulls out a giant cigar]
Vulgarian Soldier:
[double takes]
Curly Cluck:
nyuk, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk.
