"Frasier"High Holidays Plot Outline

Frederick visits Frasier in Seattle, and the family is shocked to see him going through a 'Goth' phase. The family talks about the rebellious phase of a child's life, and Niles is stung to hear Martin say that he was always one of the good kids. He decides to rebel by consuming a pot brownie supplied by Roz, but hijinks ensue when Martin eats it.

"Frasier"High HolidaysTrivia

As a word, "bakutan" (commonly translated as "explosive birth") does not exist in Japanese, but its two kanji are abbreviations of the Japanese words "bakuhatsuteki" (explosive) and "tanjou" (birth). "Bakutan" is a pun of "bakudan" which means "bomb" in Japanese.

"Frasier"High Holidays Original Dialogues

Ash Ketchum:
It's times like these that I wish I had been named Bob.

Slowking(shivering):
I could use some pants.

"Frasier"High Holidays Movie Bloopers

Continuity: Melody calls Misty by her name before the two are ever introduced. It's been suggested this was because Misty is a famous gym owner and Pokemon master, though Melody doesn't seem to treat her as someone famous, and in fact another correspondent says she is not well known.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs: While most Pokémon are only able to say their own name, in the short "Pikachu's Rescue Adventure" that precedes the feature, a character is seen bouncing around and saying "Poliwrath." While some think that character looks like a Poliwhirl, it is indeed a Poliwrath -- only the eyes of the two monsters differ.
