This was the second Lonesome Luke comedy produced by Pathé, but Harold Lloyd does not appear in it, nor did Hal Roach produce or direct it. Pathé re-named the character Lazy Luke and aborted the series after four entries, in deference to the Roach/Lloyd Lonesome Luke series being produced at Rolin.
