After winning a game of trivial pursuit, Peter becomes convinced that he's a genius. Brian gets tired of his friend's gloating and tells Peter to apply for a MacArthur grant. When the results come back, we learn that not only is Peter not a genius, he's actually retarded. While being a ward of the state has some advantages which he's abuse, Peter learns that his actions have consequences.
