A belligerent young man with the flu turns out to be more than he seems, and presents a challenge to Morris and Sam when he refuses treatment. Luka and Abby balance baby care with patient care in the ER until a nanny can be found, but the candidates prove less than satisfactory. Later, Abby's chance encounter with Curtis Ames leaves Luka uneasy. Meanwhile, Pratt discovers a local church's risky drug exchange program, Neela and Gates square off at an M&M, and Weaver gets an interesting offer.

Chuck Jones was set to make a Tom and Jerry movie in the 1970s, but eventually pulled out after being unable to find a suitable script.

Droopy:
Hello, all you happy people.





Lickboot:
We got to have... MONEY!





Puggsy:
What's your names?



Tom:
I'm Tom.



Jerry:
I'm Jerry.



Tom and Jerry:
[look at each other] You talk!



Tom:
Well sure I talk, what do you think I am, a dummy?



Jerry:
You said it, I didn't.



Tom:
Hey, you little pipsqueak, I oughtta - Hey! How come you never spoke before?



Jerry:
I didn't have anything I wanted to say that I thought you'd understand, and there still isn't!



Tom:
All Right, that does it, you little - Boy you get me angry!



Puggsy:
Uh uh uh, it's like I told you, you guys have got to learn to be friends.





Puggsy:
[to Tom and Jerry] You guys are fighting like a cat and a mouse.



Frankie da Flea:
They are a cat and a mouse, Puggsy.



Puggsy:
That's true, Frankie, but they gotta learn to be pals or they ain't gonna make it out here.





Puggsy:
[in Dr. Applecheek's dog pound] Well well well...



Tom:
Puggsy, Frankie!



Jerry:
What're you guys doing here?



Puggsy:
The stray catchers finally got me, so I ain't perfect all the time.



Frankie da Flea:
I've been telling you that for years.



Puggsy:
How'd you guys get stuck in a fix like this?



Tom:
We met this little orphan girl.



Jerry:
Her name's Robyn.



Tom:
Only she's not an orphan.



Jerry:
Her father's alive!



Tom:
Yeah, but she don't know it.



Puggsy:
What? What are you guys talking about?



Jerry:
Her Aunt Figg got us before we could tell her.



Tom:
We've got to bust out of here, the kid's gotta know!



Jerry:
Sure, but how?



Puggsy:
Somebody's got to get over there and press the buttons on the control panel.



"ER"Jigsaw Movie Bloopers

Continuity: When Tom climbs over the fence in a close-up, the part of the fence he's climbing over is spiky. In the next shot the entire top of the fence is flat.



Continuity: When Aunt Figg brings Tom and Jerry to the evil doctor, they are in a small cage. The amount of bars on the cage keeps changing.



Continuity: When Robyn, Tom, and Jerry are underneath the bridge, Robyn's backpack disappears in one shot.



Continuity: When Robyn is coloring and singing, she sets the first picture to her left side. In the next shot the picture completely disappears then reappears.



Continuity: Robyn opens the window to let in Tom and Jerry, and she opens both sides of it. However, when she goes to close the window, only one pane is open.



Continuity: The bedspread in Robyn's room constantly changes. Sometimes it is green, sometimes it is blue, sometimes it is squared, and sometimes it is seamless.



Continuity: When Tom and Jerry are on the small raft, Tom is lying on a backpack. Between shots a strap appears on the backpack.



Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Tom and Jerry are in the cage, Pugsy says, "How'd you guys wind up in a dig like this?" However his mouth is way out of sync with the audio.



Continuity: When Robyn, Tom, and Jerry are escaping, she is wearing a raincoat. However, in one shot during that scene, the raincoat completely disappears.



Continuity: When Captain Kiddie is telling stories to Robyn, he is standing in front of a curtain. Between shots the curtain constantly changes from red to purple.



Continuity: Several times throughout the movie, Robyn's front doors change. Sometimes the doors have glass panes, sometimes they are solid wood.



Continuity: Aunt Figg crumples the letter from Robyn's father and throws it in the fireplace. Yet, when she finds that Tom and Jerry have stolen it, there are no lines or creases in the letter and the section that got burnt has disappeared.



Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Dr. Applecheeks thinks he has captured Robyn, he says, "I've got her." When he says this, his mouth doesn't move at all.



Continuity: Several times throughout the movie, the two lone hairs on top of the doctor's head disappear and reappear.



Continuity: Near the end, Captain Kiddie is holding Robyn hostage in a ferris wheel. However in one shot of him, we see another ferris wheel behind him. In overhead views, there is only one.



Continuity: Captain Kiddie is in a small inflatable raft, chasing the steamboat. We see in a closeup that he is merely feet from the steamboat. However in a wide view the raft has completely disappeared.



Continuity: After Ferdinand knocks most of the planks off of the bridge, in one following shot, you can see that the whole bridge is intact, with all planks back.



Continuity: When Robyn is being pulled up on the rope by Tom and Jerry, there is excess rope hanging down, under her. In the next shot, there isn't.
