The same as season one episode 'Something Wicca This Way Comes' however with a different actress playing Phoebe (Lori Rom) & a different actor playing Inspector Andy Trudeau (Chris Boyd). It has never been broadcast but according to Executive Producer Brad Kern maybe included in the U.S Season 8 DVD box set.
