Clarice applies for a job as Claire's new assistant, but she'll only hire him as Clarence. Alan's new case is involved in a friendly wager with Shirley. Brad and Jeffrey are assigned to work on a case, together, involving a woman who wants to sue God, even though they can't stand one another, which makes Denise feels more like a referee, than an attorney.

Continuity: When Dunn says "I'm a marine, we don't plan, we improvise", the pack that he is wearing on his back from the scene before is missing. The pack returns in the next shot.
Factual errors: Dunn uploads a file from an Apple Powerbook in "C:\", which would be appropriate for a DOS/Windows system.
Revealing mistakes: Towards the end of the film, during the explosion on top of the building, the "air rams", used to project the stuntmen into the air, are visible.
