Jeremy is the shy sound guy on the set of the feature film 'Backflip'. There he meets Roxanne, the star of the film, an enchanting young actress who's struggling to deliver under less than perfect circumstances. They form a friendship that quickly develops into something more under the adversity they face from a cast and crew who antagonise both of them at every turn.
Special Trivia
The man playing the tattoo artist is "Slik Rik" Milligan, who at the time was working at Studio City Tattoo in California. He was originally hired only to paint on the yakuza tattoos for the movie, but when a scene called for a tattoo artist he stepped in front of the camera. "Slik Rik" now resides in Hawaii and owns and runs North Shore Tattoo in Oahu.
