Steven John Wilkos was born March 9, 1964, in Chicago's northside. His parents are Stanley, a retired Chicago police officer, and Jeanette, a beauty school instructor. Steve is the third of four child, he has one brother and two sisters. In junior high, Steve was a puny 135 punds and wore glasses. Steve atttended the John J.
