Paz Bascu馻n was born June 2nd 1975 in Chile. She started acting at an early age with minor roles in movies, but her big break came when she started in the soap opera Piel Canela with her now boyfriend, Benjamín Vicuña. The soap opera did not get good reviews or good ratings but everyone wanted to know who she was. She received many offers from the two biggest channels in Chile, but in the end she opted for TVN.
