Over the years, Michael has appeared as an extra in dozens of films, commercials and television shows. He concentrates on writing, but he does work as an actor occassionally. In 1995, he had a starring role as a doomed car salesman in the student film, Holding On. Two years later, he appeared as a rogue CIA operative in the action film Midnight Conflict.
