Jonathan Crombie was born on October 12, 1966 in Toronto, Canada, the baby of the family, Jonathan has two older sisters. His parents are David and Shirley Ann. Jonathan never intended on becoming an actor but he was spotted in a high school production of The Wizard of Oz by casting director Diane Polley.
