While growing up in Toronto, Canada, Jeff Wincott competed in swimming, wrestling, and boxing, as well as training in the martial arts of Kung Fu, Karate, and earning his black belt in Tae Kwondo. Jeff won an athletic scholarship to college, but chose to pursue his interest in acting instead.
