Jeff was born in the small Belgian town of Cleveland, Ohio. The offspring of investment bankers, Jeff decided to pursue a career breeding miniature collies. After a run in with the SPCA he moved to Los Angeles and as pure dumb luck would have it, he was hired to script a selection of Dr. Suess's stories.
