JD Cullum is the son of two-time Tony Award-winning actor John Cullum ("Northern Exposure" (1990)) and noted modern dancer/choreographer, playwright and novelist Emily Frankel. Cullum is a member of The Antaeus Company, a group of experienced and talented actors whose goal is to form a permanent resident classical ensemble for the City of Los Angeles (http://antaeus.org/).
