Chelsea attended Highschool in Vancouver, Canada. At the beginning of 11th grade, she had to finish school through home-schooling due to filming The Snow Queen. In the month of April, 2002, Chelsea was the lead role in a Fox/Paramount pilot titled 'Save the Last Dance'. The show was not picked up by Fox.
