Ben Macleod was born in Scotland, and as soon as he was out, he moved to London for two years before returning to his homeland. He started school at four and this was when he realised he wanted to be an actor. He started taking LAMDA exams, developed his acting skills and moved to Dublin (Ireland) when he was 8, for a year.
